5. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer / IBFT)
Other methods as agreed upon with the customer
Payment Terms:
For bulk/wholesale orders, payment terms (e.g., deposit and balance) will be specified in the quotation or invoice.
For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
Any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payments:
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and to suspend further order fulfillment until outstanding balances are cleared.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping:
We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss:
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Customs and Import Duties:

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Quality Guarantee:

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty:
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover:
